Derek Nash has over 20 years experience in the Customer Service and Support fields with a focus on providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction in high-tech support of computers, communication networks, software, applications support and Support Center services. In addition to Customer Services consulting Derek has in depth experience in process review and re-engineering to achieve Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification and is a Senior Auditor with Service Strategies Corporation based in San Diego, USA.
